What is Customs Brokerage?

Customs brokerage is the presentation of export and import goods to Customs for inspection and the payment of appropriate import and export charges, prior to goods departing the UK or being released into the UK.

For UK-Ghana door to door shipments, our Customs brokerage services includes the generation of Export Declarations, Certificate of Shipment and accompanying Airway bills and Bills of lading.

In Ghana, we are able to generate Import Declaration Forms (IADs) and other documentation to meet bankers' requirements for international trade.

Generally, these documents are issued for our groupage services ( popularly known as UK-Ghana Door to Door Shipping) however, upon request, we can issue individual documents for VAT reclamation and other records keeping.
